HISTORY Our building used to be the famous Bud's Motorcycle shop since the early 1970s, and before that it was a lumberyard dating from the 1940's. The building has been preserved and renovated in 2017 into a multi-use home for many local businesses, including Intero Ristorante, Waterloo Sparkling Water, Bud's Recording Studio, and others. NEIGHBORHOOD Located in the booming Holly neighborhood of Central East Austin, we are a surrounded by excellent dining, coffee, breweries, and bike shops. We are within walking distance of the Lady Bird Lake trail, and 5 minutes drive from the airport. THE SPACE Our backyard patio is totally private with no view from the street. Lush green vines climb over repurposed motorcycle tailpipes that have been crafted into fencing. Industrial welded tables and chairs offer seating throughout the space. For parties and events, the space can accommodate approximately 50 people. Included in the rental is a bathroom and kitchenette area with sink, microwave, and full size refrigerator.
