This 300-square-foot event space is located at the back of our property with a private entrance, so no one needs to enter the main house. It can accommodate a small gathering, event, or workshop. We love using the space for birthday parties, baby showers, women’s circles, sensual movement classes, workshops, and one-day retreats. We’ve comfortably hosted 20 people lying down and up to 30 seated in a circle. The decor is cozy and earthy, featuring a decorative fireplace, abundant natural light during the day, and soft, low lighting in the evening. The room includes basic amenities such as a glass water dispenser, an electric tea kettle, and electrical outlets. There is no attached kitchen or bathroom. The bathroom available to you is located across the yard in the main house, with its own private entrance (see photo). Seating options include two outdoor couches, two Acapulco chairs, four outdoor chairs, and four dining table chairs. Overall, this 300-square-foot event space is an intimate and charming location that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance for small gatherings. Parking is easy and plentiful! Please note: $20 added fee for filtered water and tea service, which includes a glass water dispenser, electric kettle, and an assortment of teas to enjoy onsite. Use of our reusable glasses, plates, and utensils is an additional charge. We have two outdoor sofas (shown around the fire pit in photo #2) not pictured elsewhere, photos will be updated soon. Fire pit, including one gas tank, is available for evening (6 PM or later) guests only. There is a ceiling fan inside the enclosed patio but no AC or central heating.
