Modern Pool Side Backyard

Current Price: $105/hr May-October Price: $135/hr We have a modern style backyard that offers plenty of space for lounging, a kid friendly pool with a baja area in the shallow end and a built in bench in the deep end of the pool, a basketball area, barbecue for grilling and a fire pit for smore's or gathering. We have a long black 15 seater built in bench overlooking the yard. This space is perfect for yard games such as corn hole or adding your own personal ball pit or jumper. Whether you're hosting a day time barbecue or a fancy evening dinner this backyard feels like a getaway. Your guests will also have easy access to one full size bathroom. We welcome third party caterers and vendors into our space but require that they set-up in the basketball court area if they are cooking during your event. Buffet style food, dj's or bartenders are welcome to set up any where in the yard. Please keep in mind, vendors will need to provide their own tent for shade. If you are renting tables and chairs from a third party vendor I would highly suggest renting a tent as well, to allow guests to sit and eat comfortably under shade. It's turf between bathroom door and firepit. Please see pictures for reference. ☆ Pool: After baja area are a few small steps into 3ft deep gradually leading to 7 1/2ft deep end. Built in seating along one inside wall of the deep end. We appreciate your help in having a successful booking for all parties involved. We kindly ask that our space be treated in a respectful manner and left the way you found it. Example: Spitting gum, cherry seeds, pistachio shells on the ground rather than disposing of them properly is unexceptable. If someone spills food or a beverage please clean it. Candy and gum are extremely difficult to get out of the turf so if you can avoid that, we would greatly appreciate it. Please do not throw food or drinks into the fire pit, hedges, pool or plant pots, etc. All garbage should be placed in a trash bag. Please do not hang out in the front yard/street during or after your gathering. It is important to advise all guests to not stay hanging out in our front yard/driveway or around our neighborhood. No access to the inside of the house. No lingering or littering by our neighbors front yards. ▪︎ ALCOHOL/SMOKING We do not allow under age drinking. For those of age, please drink responsibly. If we notice misuse of alcohol, guests getting out of hand or drinking in the pool we will be forced to end your event early. Due to previous fire hazard incidences we do not allow smoking under any circumstances. ▪︎ PARKING Everyone must find street parking. Please do not block anyone's driveway including ours. The driveway is ONLY to unload and load items for your event. No parking in our neighbors driveways. Even if the neighbor offers you parking on their property please kindly decline. Kindly ask your guests to park properly on the streets or uber. ▪︎ POOL Please no food, drinks or candy in the pool Please make sure everything is taken out of the pool by the end of your booking. No running around the pool No diving or flipping into the pool No rough play in the pool or in the yard No improper use of furniture ▪︎ BATHROOM Please dry off before entering the bathroom. If the bathroom floor is wet, please try to take a second to dry it with a paper towel. Nothing should be flushed down the toilet besides toilet paper. Please do not rinse sand, dirt, food or hair into the sink or shower. We have an outside faucet for that. No usage of any type of controlled substances permitted No fireworks/flame throwers Fire pit area is open for seating, but turning it on is an add on. ▪︎ DECOR No confetti, confetti poppers or confetti balloons. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to clean up and is a hazard for our pool system. No heavy duty double sided tape on our windows or tables they are extremely difficult to get off. ▪︎ CLEAN UP Please bag all trash. A broom and dust pan are located next to the garbage cans to properly sweep up food and mess around the yard before you leave. Thank you so much in advance.
