Sleeps 14 Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with King Bed Bedroom 2: provides two sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 beds Bedroom 3: a queen size bed A sleeper sofa in the living area of the first floor sleeps 2 A sleeper sofa in the living area of the second floor sleeps 2 A day bed separate from the living area also sleeps 2 Air conditioned, recently updated. Relax on the deck overlooking the lake. Two kitchens, two living quarters! Boat Information: Dock is 30+ long, and new, this will fit 2’6+- deep draft maximum (depending on lake levels) , bridge clearance is perfect for most boats at 8'! if your boat is too big for the dock Trailer it and keep it in the driveway, the town beach and boat launch is 500’ away! (usually just a double decker pontoon doesn't fit)
