Our bright and airy beach cottage is a light-filled, 1920s style tudor home renovated with a minimalist and clean California aesthetic. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Mar Vista, Los Angeles and in close proximity to the LA's beaches, Venice and Culver City. This charming 1,700 square foot house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the main house and detached guest house with an additional bathroom. Enjoy gorgeous natural light throughout, a farmhouse kitchen, two kids' rooms and gorgeous modern dining room. The outdoor space features a 6 person - Japanese wood soaking tub and wood deck surrounded by an oasis of palm trees, birds of paradise and features a 30 year old avocado tree.
