• Perfect space for photo + video shoots including but not limited to branding sessions, mommy + me, boudoir, fashion, performance arts, painting, etc. • The 1,500 sq ft space consists of three rooms, all with their own doors that can be closed off to create smaller spaces if you only wish to rent a portion of the space. The front room, The Chateau, receives the most natural light. With floor to ceiling sliding doors and an accessible balcony, there's nothing that you can't create in this space. The Chateau also includes a cafe setting as well as a lifestyle + kitchen set to meet all of your needs. The middle room, also known as the Content Campus, is designed to be as transformable as possible. When you enter the Content Campus through the double French doors, you're greeted with 8 ft. tall windows pouring in natural light and the aroma of fresh flowers. Although this room has several seating options for co-working opportunities for our creatives, all of the furniture is designed to be moved around so that you can create endless possibilities with any set design. The final room, known as the Creative Core, is exactly what creatives need at the core - the basics. Equipped with hair + makeup counters for your glam as well as a full wardrobe rack filled with options for both men and women, this room opens up opportunity for you to push your creativity and test your limits. This space includes paper backdrops, lighting, and another set of two 8 ft. tall windows that pour in natural light and allow your subject to be the focal point of every shot.
