Our space is perfect for intimate events, social mixers, demure dinner parties, bridal parties, tea parties, brunch, meetups, or photoshoot parties up to 40 mature guests with class who love & appreciate a great ambience. We are not your typical event space, this is an Intimate Event Experience. Instead of a blank canvas, our space is already curated for you with seating and decor aiding in an effortless booking. Add your personal touches and guests to celebrate your special occasion without the hassle. Space can easily sit 20-30 guests Space can accommodate up to 40 guests (Mixer & Seated Style Events) Enjoy our unique industrial luxurious loft vibe with great energy and amazing amenities. Free parking lot with security gate for you and your guests in addition to free street parking if needed. Secure access to our building and studio with loading dock access to elevator for event loading needs.
