This is a private mountain home located in a quiet cul de sac, overlooking the 15th hole of the Lake Arrowhead golf course. It is a 1960's classic mountain prow home that has been recently remodeled keeping the charm and beauty of this mountain home while adding modern design details. The entry level boasts floor to ceiling windows that capture endless views of pine trees. The fireplace anchors the living room with its original stone facade which spans the entire wall. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the change in seasons from the expansive upper deck which has a seating area, firepit, grill and dining table. On the lower level you will find a game room complete with a pool table, card table, video game console, 2 streaming TV's, a bar and sitting area. In the bar you will find a sink, mini refrigerator and plenty of counter space. This space opens up to the lower deck which houses the spa and additional seating.
