Open Loft Space in Historic Home Available for Workshops, Yoga Events, Photo Shoots + More

Beautiful, historic home near in the Highlands with lots of unique features and spaces for photo shoots, and a huge open space for events. This 3rd floor community space features a large open area with room for 10-20 people for workshops, events, yoga - whatever you desire. There are 14 floor chairs available for use with the space, a couch and ottomans (which can be converted into a king size bed), a queen bed, cozy nooks for reading and journaling and smaller group connection, a private bathroom with shower, a workspace area with desk and chair, a tea + coffee station with water and space to put out snacks, a mini fridge, and French doors that open to a western-facing deck with beautiful sunlight. A wireless speaker provides options for music at events. The event space is multi-use and could hold workshops, dances, small group events, photo shoots and more. **Important note: this is the 3rd floor of a private home and does require climbing two flights of stairs with no ADA access. Entrance is through the sunroom and the kitchen. For group events, it can be arranged to have people arrive and gather in the backyard or the kitchen (which has a door to separate it from the home and a bathroom) before going upstairs. The kitchen, backyard, and sunroom can be added to the rental for additional community space and/or food preparation if desired for an additional fee. There is one cat and one dog in the house, and both are sometimes in this space. Space is thoroughly cleaned before rentals and even in multi-day workshops, participants with severe allergies have reported little to no problems, but Claritin is provided.
