A clean up fee may be imposed depending on size of group. Caterer must bring plates and silverware. Bottled water may be brought in and we will provide the ice and a cooler. SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME MUCT BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Our cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, wiping down chairs and tables, and cleaning the windows and doors.
