Bring the whole group I do welcome a client get togethers (bring your own headphones and equipment for client disco), meetings get together or you just trying to impress someone special, or just throwing a small-scale event this space is for you. You can literally walk to every necessity that you desire; from restaurants and bars if need be which is why this space is a great opportunity for you. But just remember everything is a small event if anything is damaged you will be charged extra according to what was broken. Rules and fees: Neighbor and privacy ( remember you have someone on the bottom and across from you, monitor the noise levels at night ) -No smoking-Cleaning (fee -$500) smoke outside and discard in the bucket outside the door. -No Pets allowed-Cleaning (fee -$650) - 15 guest max above that (fee -$25 per person) -1 hour early check- in (fee -$25) availability change upon arrival -4 parking spaces available for you (extra/additional parking fee-$10) - Asking light cleanup from you ( if you mess up dishes place them in the dishwasher and start) Thank you kindly
