The space has windows on all sides and is white and simplistic, ideal for small scale photo shoots, fashion shoots, product shoots and more. There is a sizeable modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows that completely open to the garden connecting and extending the indoor space to the outdoor space. The front bedroom space featured can be repurposed as a dressing room for shoots and/or to store gear and other belongings or as a space for cast and crew to relax while waiting. The property has a private parking space in a gated parking lot that you can use at an additional fee. The location is a 10 minute train ride from Liverpool Street Station and nestled in the heart of Clapton with fantastic bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and parks nearby. The canal and endless green space is just at the end of the road. The property is truly spectacular and an impressive venue for a variety of purposes.
