The Little River out back and down the bank is a constant source of beauty. When the weather is warm open up the windows and slider doors to the deck of the upper bedroom and the master bedroom to enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the Little River while you fall asleep. Just so you know, this rental is for the entire property including both the main house, the in-law guest house, and the Attic. The main house is 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, the guest house is 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms & the Attic with only one room. Tons of outdoor space on 2 acres: picnic tables, a grill, a fire pit, plenty of decks, a screened-in porch, a sunroom, a screened-in gazebo, a horse barn, and a deck with bench seating overlooking the river.
