Come and see our spacious mountain top retreat with sweeping views. It has a large, covered porch that runs the length of the house and faces the view, which includes the downtown Los Angeles skyline. The home is newly remodeled with large, vaulted ceilings and large picture windows in every room, including the master suite. The master bathroom has a spa-like feel that looks like it is straight out of a magazine. With all of the natural light coming in, this house is camera ready! The house includes 4 bedrooms. The remodeled portion of the house includes a spacious master bedroom and bathroom and a 4th bedroom/office. The master bedroom and bathroom have views from every window, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a large TV. The master bedroom opens up to the back porch that looks out to the view. The bathroom includes a large soaking tub and shower with views of the valley and downtown Los Angeles's skylines. The 4th bedroom is large, with a sitting area (couch and 2 chairs), a TV, and a vintage desk. Both bedrooms have their own private entrance. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The first is staged with bunk beds and a mini crib (crib can be folded and put in the closet). Across the hall is the last bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a closet storage system. The bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a shower. The common areas include a large kitchen and living room. The kitchen is recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, a large sink, an island with seating for 4, and a small sitting area/desk. The appliance include a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and full refrigerator. The kitchen is open to a spacious living room that includes a couch, chairs, a dining table, and false fire place staged with remote control candles. The kitchen/living area is a great gathering place with plenty of room for everyone in the house to spend time together. The living room and kitchen open up to a covered back porch where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery as well as look out over the city. The house is located in a beautiful secluded neighborhood that is lined with oak trees. There is very little light and noise pollution which makes it perfect for stargazing and listening for the neighborhood owls at night. It's hard to believe it's only a ten minute drive to the heart of Monrovia.
