The River House

Enjoy this home tucked away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Walk down to the river to relax in nature and cool down. Nice mountain views when driving or walking on the street. Close to many local attractions and central location to everything the white mountains offer. The Little River out back and down the bank is a constant source of beauty. When the weather is warm open up the windows and slider doors to the deck of the upper bedroom and the master bedroom to enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the Little River while you fall asleep. Just so you know, this rental is for the entire property including both the main house, the in-law guest house, and the Attic. The main house is 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, the guest house is 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms & the Attic with only one room. The layout for the main house: 1st floor: A master bedroom with a king bed and its own full bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, laundry room, garage, sun room, and screened-in porch. 2nd floor: There are two bedrooms each has a queen bed, one also has a twin bed, and they share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the backyard. Basement: Contains 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The other with a full-size day bed with a pull-out trundle, that can sleep an additional 3-4 people. Game room complete with TV, pool table, couches, Bluetooth speaker, Foosball table, and board games. The guest house which is attached to the main house through the garage contains an additional 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 full baths, one of which is attached to one of the bedrooms, and a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, and laundry room. You can sleep 4 people here. The attic is located over the Guest house with one room enough for 2 more people. Tons of outdoor space on 2 acres: picnic tables, a grill, a firepit, plenty of decks, screened-in porch, sunroom, screened-in gazebo, horse barn, and a deck with bench seating overlooking the river.
