The Jazz Pad - a retro / mid century styled / large & split level converted warehouse space

Located in Seven Sisters - on the ground floor at the front of a 100 year old, converted textile factory. The local area is a cosmopolitan mix of different communities, cultures and facilities, and close by as a varied selection of local eateries, cafes. restaurants and local businesses. Around 600 square foot of space - divided into 4 areas, reception area, the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and accessed via stairs, a mezzanine floor second small lounge/bedroom area that over looks the main living space. The entire locations interior design is a colourful mix of mid century (50s 60s 70s) design, including colourful furniture, artwork, photographs & pictures, African masks, musical instruments, a large vinyl record collection and high end analogue turntable / audio system. etc. Previously used in product & fashion photoshoots, and music videos (Omar - 'Treat You' featuring Caron Wheeler from Soul II Soul / Somewhere Finally by The Fantastics! ft Sulene Fleming) the Jazz Pad is a highly atmospheric and flexible location. The main space doubles as a music writing/demo space and includes: a genuine 1961 Hammond C3 Organ, 2 Nord keyboards, amplifier and a Roland V9 digital drum kit and percussion instruments.
