Our restored cabin in the Phoenicia area is perched on the side of a mountain and is a great space for a shoot needing a classic Adirondacks camp vibe. With floor-to-ceiling custom pine beadboard, cast iron fixtures, and chalet windows, it exudes historic alpine charm. It has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and an outdoor shower. It's situated on 8 waterside acres with our own babbling brook right outside the windows. Though we have thoughtfully renovated it to maintain the historic charm, we updated it to meet today's standards including fast wifi, heatpump HVAC, new plumbing and more.

The house is properly cleaned between guests by our amazing cleaners. We require all shoots/productions to put down floor protection and clean up the space after they've wrapped.
