The Crab House: Personal & Professional Space! @ Onset Beach Compound Resort. It's The Perfect Getaway to Cape Cod. Located in the Heart of Historic Onset Village: A Stilt Beachside Cottage Included w/ Kayaks, Boats, Fire Pit, Grill, Hot Tub, Private Beach + Commercial Wifi! What You’ll Find Inside… The Crab House is small, but with room to sleep 8. The upstairs is two bedrooms: A master with 1 QUEEN bed and a beautiful chandelier. There you can also find uniquely decorated, vintage crates for your garments.. Whether it be day or night you can hear, and see the ocean from your bed, as you fall asleep. And wake up with the sun surrounding you. Don’t worry there are curtains, for the not so early risers! :) Following the Master Suite, the guest bedroom has 3 TWINS, 2 of which are placed on a bunk bed. Downstairs, you can find the couch can also convert to a comfortable, QUEEN mattress, for extra guests! And for those who enjoy the beachside view, take a nap on our QUEEN sized futon, in the sun room. The sun room is also convertible with curtains, for a private sleeping space.Every sleeping room has a C02 detector at pillow height and a smoke detector. We do kindly ask that you respect NOISE ORDINANCE at 11pm, and please no smoking in the house, and not in shared spaces with other guests of The OBC Resort. Kitchen & Bathroom: Renovated from the 1900’s, the kitchen and bathroom are small, both fully equipped and functional. In the bathroom you will find: one stand up stall shower, shampoo, conditioner, amenities, toilet paper, towels and washer & dryer. In the kitchen, you find a 4 top stove, microwave, full cooking & eatery sets including corkscrews and can openers. Amenities you can find are a keurig, coffee grinder, ninja coffee machine, rice cookers, and crock pots. These items can be found onsite or can be made available by request. The Kitchen is fully stocked with K cups, coffee, pop corn for the movies, and s’mores ingredients for the fire pit. You will ALWAYS find bug spray, sun tan lotion, and hand sanitizer, that are inclusive with every stay. Living Space: The living space inside the Crab house is highlighted by water views on nearly three sides as you are half situated between a peninsula… and the fact that the house is built IN the ocean. The house faces east PERFECTLY. Following the sun as it rises east to west, to provide epic morning sun rises. Enjoy coffee on the rocking chairs in the solarium, or play around with the games set up throughout the space by your provided "Cape Codder" with "#PlayHere-Exclusive Experience Specialists". The space is also equipped with a SONOS surround sound system from the kitchen to the living room & solarium. The system immerses the entire space in dynamic sound that elevates the tone in the room from awesome to epic. The house has 4 AC units so staying cool is no problem. The house is also heated by a hot air Gas Heater. So even in the winter, spend Christmas by the water, toasty and cozy. WIFI & Entertainment: Very fast, reliable, wifi throughout the OBC Resort as well as the house. Streaming services are available on TV’s. WIFI Password will be provided at arrival. Parking/Arrival: All doors are locked on the property, and equipped with a key code entry. Code is changed after every stay. Outdoor grounds are protected and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Please make sure door is fully shut, and 15 seconds to fully lock. The Driveway has 1 spot. You may fit 1 on the street, directly behind. DO NOT WORRY.
