Historic Neighborhood Fab Kitchen

The Space The Monroe Bungalow is a newly renovated duplex built in 1924. My grandmother was a reader of old english antiques which I mix with modern flair. I entertain here regularly which always centers around the giant leathered granite countertop in the kitchen and the front porch. In 2020 I gutted and renovated the kitchen and bathrooms and am continually improving the space for my Airbnb guests! The property sits on top of a Denver slope and has a lot of privacy and greenery and posts a lovely native grass garden and fully fenced in back yard. The Neighborhood The Congress Park neighborhood is one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods with a mix of Denver bungalow-style brick homes and mature tree-lined streets. Retail pockets dot the neighborhood with numerous restaurants, shops and convenience stores just around the corner. congress Park, Cheesman Park, City Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens are also within the immediate vicinity.
