Space works great for photo shoots, video production, podcasting, and small meetings. This is an L-shaped, open space. All furniture available for use or can be moved aside if preferred. Two large, north-facing windows and one West-facing window. The space has grey “wood look” vinyl flooring with 3 rugs (which can be rolled up if preferred) The walls and ceiling are flat white. Furniture: 1 Sofa, 2 Club chairs, 1 Desk, 1 fixed bookcase, 1 Sofa Table, 1 Shoe cubby, 10 side chairs (8 yellow, 2 white) plus 12 folding chairs (black) plus 10 "back jack" floor seats (black) available for use Wifi, wall-mounted monitor, 3 web cameras, 2 microphones, hdmi cords, tripods, and 2 ring lights available for use. This is a second floor space and there is no elevator. Do not disturb other tenants in the building. Keep all restrooms locked (keys provided)
