This ranch-style boho home exudes warmth, comfort and is intentionally styled with editorial and lifestyle shoots in mind. The living area features large windows that allow an abundance of natural light to illuminate the space. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a pool, lounge chairs and a teak furniture seating area- the best of So Cal indoor/outdoor living. An open-concept layout with a spacious and airy feel, the house has a master bedroom, two kids bedrooms, and an office with a drop down murphy bed. The garage can be utilized as a small studio or a great staging area. For an additional fee we have lighting and grip equipment available. We have production amenities like wardrobe racks, hand held steamers and any of our four bedrooms can be used for glam or staging.
