Our space is PERFECT for any gathering: baby showers, receptions, art shows, birthdays, corporate/office parties, workshops, network marketing events, seminars, retail pop-up stores and more! Located in the downtown Santa Ana, above trendy retail shops and directly across from 4th Street Market place, a food hall with the area’s most popular food & drink options. It is truly a versatile space. A front room with a closed door may be used as a reception area for your event or pop-up retail store, also add privacy to the main event. This space is located on the second floor with windows overlooking 4th Street and 4th Street Market place. Space features: - Open modern look - Private front room with boxwood accent wall - High Speed Wifi - 3 large tables - 25 seats - Private gender-neutral restroom - Keurig with K cups and disposable cups available for guests - Refrigerator with top freezer - Ice maker machine - 55” Roku TV - Collapsible Easel white board with dry erase markers and eraser Seating Options √ Tables with chairs, set up conference style facing presentation monitor √ Classroom/concert style: Chairs only, facing speaker √ Please contact me for seated table configurations. Included in the event fee are the following additional seating options: - One 2-3 person couch -One accent love seat - Nook table with two seats Kitchen and Catering - No cooking of any kind is allowed.
