This space is elegant and shabby chic, have a feel of been in a tree house. Surrounding this space are great views of the city and walking on the street you have the view of downtown LA. There are a lot of shops, resultants and bar in the neighborhood that is in walking distance. Up the street the famous Silver lake stair that can be worked out on or take amazing photos and videos. Silver Lake is a trendy area. The house was built in 1961.
