Equipped with a contemporary chic living room/waiting/reception area and a completely renovated bathroom/changing area that will just make you feel at home—AND it could be used in your shoots and podcasts as well! A white brick wall that enhances the lux contemporary chic style of the studio could also be used as a backdrop. This is his personal office/studio, and he will be in the nearby area at most times working, although the photo studio is completely isolated from other working areas. The studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance, and dispute purposes. It can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY, unless otherwise permitted. He checks in periodically (non-intrusive) to make sure everything is going well and that you are having a good experience. The space is used by other artists for purposes like (but not limited to): portraits, fashion shoots, promotional videos, content creation, web series shoots, podcast recordings, documentary recordings, documentary shoots, production, Kickstarter videos, yoga session recordings, filming, fitness videos, music videos, interviews, selfies, casting, apparel shoots, clothing shoots, commercial photoshoots, graduation shoots, and NYC View photoshoots.
