This blackout studio and theater is a versatile, acoustically padded space designed for short films, music videos, interviews, and feature films. With dimensions of 58' x 26' x 22', it offers ample room for a variety of productions. The space includes a green room, a common lobby area, and six single-stall unisex bathrooms for convenience. A loading dock provides easy access for production crews bringing in equipment through the warehouse. Beyond the studio, our 20,000+ sq. ft. facility in northern Chicago is home to a comprehensive rental warehouse stocked with camera, lighting, audio, and grip gear, available to support your shoot. Our core team offers Pre-Production, Production, and Post services, bringing experience across local and international projects in both still and motion media. A liaison will be on-site throughout your booking to assist, and a call sheet is required upon confirmation.
