This is a stunning three-story Victorian home - renovated from top to bottom in a way that respects this Queen Anne's history, but also brings it up to date with tasteful modern aesthetics. It has three stories: + Garage: available for parking one vehicle or as a staging area + Main floor: Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Office, Powder Room + Second floor: Two bedrooms, one office, one large bathroom + Third floor: Attic bedroom space with powder room and city views While we don't yet have reviews on Peerspace, we have rented our home for photo shoots through another third party vendor and have received excellent reviews. We have both worked in production and can speak directly to any questions or requests you might have.
