There is comfortable seating for at least 20 people on each floor as it serves well on comfort for many hosts for their events. Additional spaces that serve well for many photo and video shoots are the master bedroom with a custom tub that has been the centerpiece for many beauty products photo shoots, an office, two bedrooms, hallway landings and of course a pretty dope rooftop.
