The space is full of plants and maximalist decor that will make anyone smile upon entering, and is a great setting for photo shoots and parties. There is a large 8-12 person farm table for event catering setup, dinner parties or work meetings, and pink velvet couches in the living room for relaxing, complete with a record player and collection of over 500 vinyls. The feel and flow of the kitchen is perfectly suited for people to gather around during parties or cooking classes. Guests are welcome to use the black and gold powder room on the first floor as well. In addition to the main floor common areas, there are extra spaces that would be ideal for commercial/movie productions including the master bedroom, large master bath, and an unfinished basement if needed. There is also an office/gym room upstairs and connected bathroom, with a rainbow-color-themed gallery wall in the stairwell. The real gem of the space is the backyard! With a beautiful plant-filled patio complete with sectional seating, grill & smoker, large adjustable umbrella, picnic table and movable fireplace, the possibilities are endless. Take the stairs off the patio to the fenced-in backyard, where you'll find another sectional, swing, and in-ground fireplace seating area, raised garden beds filled with vegetables and flowers, and a large grass area bordered by edible plants! The space is also beautifully lit at night from solar lighting placed throughout the yard, which are all moveable/adjustable to your liking. Rent this space for everything from a private dinner party, cooking class, and work meetings to photo shoots, large productions, and parties! I have connections to preferred bartending services, elevated picnic setups, catering, and photographers as well (all independently-owned small businesses, pictured towards the end) for any additional needs. *Disability access: This space is accessible for wheelchair users to access most spaces on the first floor (bathrooms may be inaccessible for certain sizes of wheelchairs). Counters in kitchen and bathrooms are high, but host will make sure to do everything possible to make it a comfortable space for equitable access when needed.
