Our Shed/Studio/Barn/Pool listing is perfect for all of your creative or hosting needs! It features a small studio with garage door for easy load-in/load out, along with plenty of covered space for storage and creative projects. The entire property is wired for electricity, and the shed has more plugs than you'll ever need to hook up equipment. Behind the shed is a beautiful two-stall horse barn (no horses included). Wonderful vista views of the valley are a perfect backdrop for an outdoor video or photo shoot, or simply wonderful inspiration for your creative project! The property has fantastic sunrise and sunsets year round, and is a perfect spot for your next golden hour event, outdoor photo/video shoot or indoor studio shoot! Let us know if you’d like the pool heated, as it usually sits around 70-75 degrees during the summer. Can be heated for a fee to up to 92 degrees 🔥 Additional lighting equipment, camera equipment and props are also available as Add-On packages if needed.
