The Lookout offers a private, city-meets-nature setting ideal for photo and video shoots, commercial productions, interviews, lifestyle content, brand shoots, and other creative projects. The property is just shy of 1/3 acre and offers multiple distinct shooting areas. The upper yard features a large, open lawn framed by trees and skyline views, along with a modern patio and elevated deck. Our two friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats can also provide a unique backdrop or fun addition to the right production. The lower yard has a more rugged, Pacific Northwest forest feel with towering trees, dimmable string lighting, and an outdoor movie screen. Please note that this area is accessed by a long, steep, rustic staircase and may be difficult for those with mobility limitations. Two outdoor restrooms are available on-site. The standard listing includes backyard access, with several additional spaces available as add-ons. A private green room/getting-ready room located just off the back patio can be added for talent, wardrobe, hair and makeup, or production staging and includes access to an interior bathroom. Additional interior access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and elevated patio with city views may also be added for an additional fee. We can accommodate productions and crews of varying sizes, with groups of up to 100 considered depending on the production, equipment, parking needs, and overall footprint. Electricity and water access can also be arranged as needed. The Lookout is conveniently located in Seattle while offering the privacy, greenery, and visual variety of a property that feels much farther outside the city.
