It's a perfect spacious and airy home for commercial shoots, branding videography and real estate photoshoots. ✔️ NO Pets ✔️ NO Shoes on Rugs and Carpets ✔️ NO Smoking / Vaping / Alcohol ✔️ NO Food or Drinks (water bottles ok) ✔️ NO Entry in the Rooms with Doors Closed ✔️ Do Not Move Furniture ✔️ Report Damages Immediately ✔️ Everything must be returned to its original place and in original condition ✔️ Must notify host upon booking if you'd like to use the master bedroom, bathroom, media room or office ✔️ NOT ALLOWED: Confetti, body glitter, body paint, rice, similar items that require extra cleaning
