Fabulous backyard perfect for casual party space! This modern backyard space, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, has ample seating and shaded areas. Perfect for a social gathering, happy hour, team meeting, or other gatherings. Included in the venue is a rear covered patio/deck with two BBQ grills (wood and gas), seating area, which has propane fire pit and wireless speakers. Additionally, the backyard has a 4-person hot tub that can also be utilized for an extra cost. The venue can fit about 20 people. With two seating areas for 8-10 people; outdoor fire pit and the covered patio. 4 seats around a square outdoor table with fire feature in the center; 6 seats on the covered patio/deck; four super-plush and comfy chairs; small outdoor sofa. The covered back patio is well-appointed and overlooks the lovely landscaping, pool and hot tub. You may bring in additional rental tables, chairs, etc. Backyard is accessible by a side gate. There is one bathroom available for guests and it is located in the living room. Features: - Fully furnished outdoor space with sizable turf field - Covered deck with two BBQ grills (wood and propane) - The 800 square ft area consists of a mixture of artificial turf, Mediterranean style patio pavers and assortment of patio furniture - Access to a full kitchen and bathroom inside the main house as well. - Plenty of street parking is available nearby - WIFI - Bluetooth speaker (please ask in advance so it can be fully charged) - Hot tub - Comfy outdoor furniture - Fire pit that can sit 4 people
