This very unique annex space feels more like New York or Paris in the early 1990s. The layout is open: Floor-to-roof solarium windows bring ample daylight and a cool urban feeling. The floors are hardwood, with minimal furniture (white desks and drawers lining one of the walls). It is an amazing space for photography shoots, staging, or a temporary showroom; as well as dinners and happy hours. In addition to the large open floor, there is a long walk-in closet, full kitchen and bathroom.
