If you are a photographer, videographer, film producer or drone pilot in need of an outdoor shooting venue or backlot, I have the perfect spot for you. Perfect for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. We have set up a number of sets and props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. You will find our place to be very quiet, peaceful and private. We are pet friendly (including horses). This is the backlot of our video production facility, so if you are a drone photographer looking to test out a new piece of equipment come rent our property to practice your piloting skills. We also rent our property for private parties or team building activities. Pricing: $50/hour - weekdays, regular business hours - M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm) Max 25 people $75/hour - Evenings, Weekends and Holidays (Max 25 people) Request a custom rate if your event is for more than 25 people, or requires special equipment (bounce house, slide, etc.) Features/Amenities: •Parking in lot •2 Acres of Land •Outside Lounge Area •Multiple Sets •Large Outdoor Space •WiFi •Outdoor Restroom.

This is for an outdoor rental of our property. No cleaning fee will be charged unless you leave the trash or damage any of the equipment, furniture, or props. There is no need to wear a mask while shooting on the property (unless you want to). We have an outdoor kitchen with a sink for hand washing.
