We've provided a detailed list below: Meeting Type Listings: 1 Team Meeting – A regular gathering of colleagues or a workgroup to discuss ongoing tasks or projects. 2 Board Meeting – A formal meeting of a company’s board of directors to discuss major decisions and organizational matters. 3 Client Meeting – A meeting between a business and a client to discuss services, projects, or contracts. 4 One-on-One Meeting – A private meeting between two individuals, often for performance reviews or personal discussions. 5 Brainstorming Session – A meeting where participants come together to generate ideas or solve problems. 6 Staff Meeting – A gathering of employees to discuss workplace matters, updates, and goals. HOUSE RULE – NOISE & MUSIC POLICY To comply with noise reduction regulations in our residential neighborhood, we enforce stricter guidelines prohibiting DJs, amplified music, and live bands. Requests for DJ or live music cannot be accommodated. You may use our JBL Boombox on site at 25–30% volume, keeping the sound at conversational level. Encourage guests to avoid yelling or shouting over the music — that’s usually louder than the boombox! Music must be turned off by 10:00 PM to comply with Chicago quiet hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work with the Pilsen community and property management to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests. HOLIDAY & SEASONAL THEMES: Please note that we do decorate our venue based on holidays and seasons ADD-ONS: (applies to ALL booking types) Prior checking out, please remember to add on if your event, meeting, or production booking will have outside food/catering ($25/flat rate), brining your own alcoholic drinks ($25/flat rate), or/and bringing your own non-alcoholic beverages ($25/flat rate). All add-ons are optional only if not providing any outside foods/snacks, catering, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverages. ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS (Applies to All Booking Types): Before checking out, please remember to add an option if your event, meeting, or production requires additional tables beyond the two wooden round tables included with your booking. We offer basic plastic folding tables in two sizes: 6 ft table – $20 per table (maximum of 3 available) 8 ft table – $25 per table (maximum of 4 available) SERVICE & STAFFING ADD-ONS: (applies to ALL bookings types) We provide additional services that can be provided at your event, meeting, or production booking such as on-site bartender, barista, DJ, Hookah, and/or chef for additional costs. All add-ons for services and staffing are optional. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time in your original booking to avoid extra charges. Please Note: Please refrain from touching items on the shelves. Ice is not provided. Plasticware, napkins, cups, and plates are not included. Party supplies, such as table covers, are not provided. A large refrigerator is not available for use.
