HOUSE RULE – NOISE & MUSIC POLICY To comply with noise reduction regulations in our residential neighborhood, we enforce stricter guidelines prohibiting DJs, amplified music, and live bands. Requests for DJ or live music cannot be accommodated. You may use our JBL Boombox on site at 25–30% volume, keeping the sound at conversational level. Encourage guests to avoid yelling or shouting over the music — that’s usually louder than the boombox! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work with the Pilsen community and property management to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests. Party Supplies: Guests must provide their own party supplies. We do not provide table covers, ice, plates, cups, plasticware, or napkins. If needed, please bring your own cooler for beverages. Holiday & Seasonal Themes: We decorate our venue according to holidays and seasons. Add-Ons (Applicable to All Booking Types): Before checking out, consider adding: Outside food/catering and non-alcoholic beverages – $37 flat rate Bringing your own alcoholic drinks – $27 flat rate All add-ons are optional if you are not providing outside food, snacks, or drinks. Additional Add-Ons (Tables): If your event requires extra tables beyond the two wooden round tables included: Plastic 6 ft table – $22 per table (max 3) Plastic 8 ft table – $27 per table (max 4) Heavy-duty wood 8 ft table – $37 per table (max 5) Service & Staffing Add-Ons: Enhance your event with optional on-site services: bartender, barista, and/or hookah. Overtime: Per Peerspace policy, overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. Please include setup and tear-down time in your booking to avoid additional charges. Important Rules: Do not touch or use items on the shelves, including glassware. Ice is not provided. Plasticware, table covers, napkins, cups, and plates are not included. A large refrigerator is not available.
