Chateau Vigne is a ranch style 4bd / 3 ba home with eclectic, deep and moody vibes, with lots of antiques and vintage decor, original art and furnishings. It was styled after the type of home you would see in a French countryside with a mix of rustic, gilded, glam yet comfortable. With lots of windows, original art and unique pieces along with the deep colors, it presents you with a unique space to hold a small intimate meeting or retreat. There is a functional kitchen with 6 eat in bar stools & coffee station, adjacent to the dining room with seating for 12, as well as the living room with a fireplace and large screen TV. Great for casual presentations. The Dining room has an adjacent sitting room with a bit more of a formal feel. There is a porch with 4 black rocking chairs. There are 2 bathrooms available to guests (hallway & Game room) Load in would be easy in this space with the spacious driveway.
