This is a private event space located in the Germantown/Shelby Park neighborhood in Louisville, KY. Featuring a warm and inspiring open layout with over 3,000 sq ft, this building is the perfect place to host bridal showers, dinner parties, team retreats, workshops, photography and video shoots, and more. Included in the space is a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, counter space, tables and chairs, plenty of natural light, and free street parking. The large room with white walls and gray floors can be added to your booking for an additional $85/hr. While Peerspace bookings should be inclusive of set-up and clean-up time, we offer a 15-minute grace period at the beginning and end of your reserved time slot for setting up and breakdown. There is a garage door for loading in larger equipment if needed. If you or your clients/guests are hungry, there are plenty of dining options nearby including Perso, Breeze, Toasty's Tavern, and Logan Street Market. Want to schedule a tour?
