Located in Lexington, MA, our Auditorium space is ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups of up to 100. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 75 - Tables are available if needed - Wi-Fi **Stage and projector not available for use** Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. All functions will be limited to the auditorium only, rental does not include access to other areas onsite. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. A security guard at an additional cost will be required for all events over 45 people. Kegs/party balls not allowed.

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
