Downtown Dance Studio with Views & Top-Tier Flooring

Hello! Our dance studio offers 3 different spaces named after the owner's cats: small (The Bandit), medium (The Percy), & large (The Lomey). This posting is for our small studio, The Bandit! This studio offers top of the line dance flooring, bluetooth sound system, bright natural light from the 16th floor view over Bethesda, use of chairs and recording stands for iPads and phones, and doors for privacy from the other spaces. Our space is used for dance classes, rehearsals, photography sessions, events that don't require liquids or messes, videography shoots, wedding dance rehearsal, the list continues! Our dance studio mission is about cultivating community and innovation, especially for the young artists of the world, and sharing the space with the community is important to us. *** if your event or rehearsal requires ANY kind of set up or load-in, that is included in the time you rent, so please add 30 minutes for 15 minutes before & after *** We can't wait to share our beautiful studio with the creators & innovators of the DMV!
