One of the additional features we offer is access to a hair and makeup room (available at an extra cost), ensuring that your team or guests have a dedicated space for primping and preparing. This room is equipped with the essentials to enhance the production value of your event. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from downtown Houston, our studio provides easy accessibility for both local and out-of-town guests. To ensure a clean space for every new session, we follow a simple cleaning procedure: Thorough Cleaning Our dedicated cleaning team conducts a thorough cleaning of the studio space after each rental session. This includes wiping down surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas, and vacuuming or mopping the floors. Restocking Supplies We replenish essential supplies such as hand sanitizers, tissues, and disposable wipes regularly to maintain a hygienic environment. Renters can rest assured that they will have access to these amenities during their time at Captiv Studios. Regular Maintenance We perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the studio in optimal condition. This includes checking and maintaining equipment functionality, ensuring proper lighting and climate control, and addressing any necessary repairs promptly.
