Perfect for private and secluded events with accessible parking and an elevator for people who need it. Safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. Studio Bookings are available only on a first-come, first-served basis with deposits ready to be paid. This space is available for : Photoshoots/ Video shoots Art Shows Showcases Musical events Private events & meetings Workshops & Seminars Celebratory occasions Please include your setup and breakdown time in the booking as well. There is no free overtime. No dates or times are held without a booking. All rentals are paid rentals(hourly rates apply). Additional cleaning costs are included.

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
