Downtown Wine Bar and Lounge with a Modern and Minimalist Design

An oasis along the bustling Downtown Oakland District, modern neighborhood wine bar pours an extensive selection of wines by the bottle or the glass (with deals for loyalty members) and presents cheese, charcuterie and elevated diverse fusion small plates. We have the largest selection of wines, champagne, and beer and non-alcoholic wines and beers produced by Women, BIPOC, POC, and local small producers. Inside, the Downtown Oakland spot it has a speakeasy and modern/minimalist Decor, high ceilings, off-white walls, tall & big windows with natural light. Our color scheme is off, mauve and mauve off white bar and off white cream seats. With 1300 square feet, we seat comfortably 25 to 30 people and parties of up to 75 guests for gatherings of all types. Bar and Tapas Bites Offerings Bar - Serve Wine, Beer, Champagne and Non-alcoholic Wine and Beer For every 10 guests, we include one bottle of wine and we curate the wine selection. ( Included in the booking rate) Our wines by the glass price range from $15 to $25 and wines by the bottle price range from $29.99 to $89.99. ( not included in the booking rate) Food- In-house tapas dishes that we offer is gourmet charcuterie boards, snack boards, and caviar nachos. Our tapas food prices offered by our establishment $25 to $30. ( not included in the booking rate) Finally, we have network of catering companies that offer diverse food options that we offer as an amenity ( not included in the booking rate) After the hosted food & bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase in the form of a cash bar or a new tab on a guest provided credit card. We are cashless bar and only accept credit cards or debit cards, apple pay and samsung pay, and google pay Occupancy size max is max is 75 people The activities work well in our space are podcast filming, YouTube or social media content creation and filming, movie set filming, wine tasting parties, corporate events, hosting network mixer events, private events such as birthday parties/bridal showers/baby showers, small live venue for live performances and spoken word, art showing in a gallery style, and non-profits organizations event mixers, corporate luncheons, team building meet-ups, and multi-use concept. Our layout of our space can convert to tasting room concept, retail wine shop concept, open event space concept, and bistro concept. The unique features we are are being the largest and diverse selection of wines and champagne produced by women winemakers, minority winemakers, and small winemakers. We have Two Large Screen Flat TV's on the walls to play movies and content and is blue-tooth ready, surround sound speakers that are blue tooth ready and receiver that can connect to any IPAD diverse, and we have our network of catering companies and music talent, and we have our own event planning supplies such as tables, and chairs etc. SPACE FEATURES Scopo Divino is an upscale casual wine bar, decorated in an old world style with zinc bartop, tile floor, and tin ceiling. The environment is cozy, almost like an oversized living room. 750 Square Feet customer facing. 10 Feet Ceiling (approx) 39 Seated 50+ Standing ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RENTALS Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. CONVENIENCE TO THE GUEST There is limited paid parking in our parking garage listed as " retail", there is paid street parking on 13th street. Also, there is Douglass outdoor paid parking garage directly across the street from our business. That said there is excellent public transit such as Bart and a bus stop on the 13th and Broadway, which is few block down from our business. EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING While we can book space very far in advance (and do recommend this), we typically wait until two weeks to finalize the food and wine selections as our menus and offerings change often.
