For your convenience, the building is conveniently located near several pay parking lots and street-meters. Access to the studio is hassle-free with a passenger elevator. Our loft is versatile and perfectly suited for various purposes such as commercial and print photography, social media content creation, filming, fashion photography, e-commerce product shots, podcasts, interviews, fitness photoshoots and videos, apparel shoots, headshots, lingerie shoots, TV series, and much more. Please bear in mind that shoes are not allowed on the rugs, and standing on the furniture is prohibited as it cannot be cleaned if soiled or damaged. We have carefully curated our furniture, and it is of great value, so we kindly ask that you exercise caution and take care of it. We would like to bring to your attention that the setup and cleanup of your equipment and belongings must be completed within your booked period. Please be mindful of the next booking scheduled after yours and ensure a prompt departure. Before leaving, it is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture is returned to its original location. Kindly note that our loft is not soundproof, and we maintain a policy against loud music. For security purposes, security cameras are installed inside the space. These cameras will only be accessed if necessary, such as when Peerspace requests proof of footage for incidents including damages, late departures, guest count confirmation, and safety concerns.
