With our ample breakout space, this is the perfect place for off-site team meetings and presentations. Our 3100 square foot residence/ 7000 square foot lot located is in the Beverly Hills Flats, five block from Century City. Features: 3 break out areas for 4-8 people Outdoor Lounge Area Pool Table Dimmable Lighting Functional Kitchen A Changing Area with Clothing Rack and Full Length Mirror 85" Smart TV 90" Projection Screen Sonos Sound System A/C and Heat There is one powder room available for use. For Production all areas of the home are available but must be approved in writing before the booking for use of any second floor spaces. Applicable permits and insurance are required.
