An eclectic bungalow with a western saloon vibe featuring themed rooms… a parlor, a "Frontier town" backdrop with hitching post, a 70s wood paneled office with working rotary phone and fake fireplace. Perfect for upcoming Halloween spookiness! Could be haunted! The entire house - inside and out - features barn wood, rusted metal, and brick, chandelier, rusted steel accents, a corrugated metal ceiling, open floor plan with barn doors separating main room from two additional rooms. Large wood saloon doors separate the kitchen from a mini handcrafted wood "church" with stained glass window boxes. It’s sort-of western, sort-of urban hipster. More offerings: Fake fireplace/mini bar/stereo system, Old time pump organ, stained glass window light boxes, neon signs, vintage Italian furniture, lush curtains and valances, gated back parking area, washer/dryer, and more. It's right on York blvd, zoned commercial, in hipster Highland Park. We don’t mean to brag, but our place photographs beautifully.
