Our space has a number of large, versatile, and tastefully decorated rooms that provide a setting for most productions. It has been used for a variety of tonally different shoots, including a Christmas-themed perfume commercial, a football ad featuring Cristiano Ronaldo, along with music videos and short films of various production sizes. The space is a detached spacious house in Birmingham with a drive and street parking available. There are two local train stations, the nearest being 3 minutes by car which also has free parking. We are a 5 minute drive from the M42 and there are a number of local bus routes. Downstairs: Large, bright and spacious kitchen with island and neutral décor, surrounded by a large private garden. The conservatory is surrounded by a private green garden with lots of natural light that you can access through double doors. The floor is wooden with an 8 seater wooden dining table in the centre. There is a custom-built arcade machine towards the back of the room and additional seating options. The garden is private, not overlooked, full of character and well-maintained, including a summer house and two seating areas. Upstairs: The bathroom has a free-standing bathtub. There is a single bedroom (neutral), double bedroom (blue) and master bedroom (pink). Food and drink: Situated next to local chip shop, convenience stores and craft butchers which sells baps, wraps, salads & coffee. Tue - Fri. 7 am - noon. A local coffee shop and local shops are a 2-minute drive (10 min walk) or Starbucks is a 4 minute drive.
