Here we have a great space that has 2 areas that can be used. This studio space can be utilized for either music, podcasting, photography or any kind of content creation. With our modern renovations, and luxury furniture set up, you will find yourself right at home in this space. Whether you need a private recording studio to make your next hit, or a podcast space to blow up your Youtube channel, we have a place for you. Our first room is a podcast room for 2 speakers, our main room is a mixed-used space that can be used for recording music, podcasting, photo shoots and any type of content creation or even fight nights and super bowl parties. As young content creators ourselves, we understand every aspect of these businesses and want to help you succeed. Our place is your place and any guidance or service you may need to fully elevate your project, we will aim to provide - from camera gear, microphones, soundproof booth, and the technology you need to create, it will be available for you to utilize. Please refer to the following notes: - Engineer for recording session can be brought with you, or you can request one of our in house engineers or producers. - Podcast set up (includes cameras, lighting, seating and microphone set up) is available by request and for a flat rate fee. ( Fee Varies ) - Content creation tools such as tripods, lighting , computer for editing, are all available for your use upon request.
