2nd floor studio in historic building in downtown Fuquay Varina (Bank of Varina, c.1920). Beautiful diffused natural light flows through this space with white walls and ceilings and wood floors. Set up as a photo + video studio, this space can also be used for podcast recording, webinar broadcasts, and other smaller creative projects. The space is about 200 square feet, above a fruit + poke bowl cafe overlooking historic downtown Fuquay Varina. Access is off a streetside door and up a flight of stairs, there is no elevator. Keycode access, owner will be present upon check in to answer any questions. Complimentary 5G wifi access and stocked Keurig coffee maker as well as Google Nest Mini for music. Many small shops and restaurants are within one blocks walking distance - pizza, mediterranean, bars, cocktail lounges, ice cream, antiques and more. Add ons available: seamless paper backdrop in white / black / brown; light stand tripods, and more. Renter is responsible for any damages to equipment or space with a security credit card on file, unless insurance has been purchased.
