Welcome to our Bright, Modern, Inviting Sunroom and Backyard Oasis that boasts with natural light & just the right amount of luxurious greenery and ambiance that works well for all sorts of professional or family photography, video, or events. It isn’t your typical photography studio all neutrally designed space. Instead, it’s intended as a naturally warm and yet luxuriously crafted modern space that we hope would bring cheers, positivity and great possibilities to your creative project or events. Provide your own party atmosphere including providing your own tables chairs etc. Tables and chairs can be provided for extra fees. It’s perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, & private parties for intimate or small groups to medium size groups. Also photo shoots including graduation, holiday, birthday, engagement or family pictures would be a great option for both the sunroom and the front porch as well. You do have an option to be creative & have lots of fun using our family electric cargo bike that you could use as a prop for your kids photo shoot as well for a small fee. The backyard has an artificial grass, patio furniture including a living wall to enjoy or take photos with. The sunroom features a dining area with an electric fireplace that seats 6 but can be extended up to 10 for events. A cozy & relaxing lounge space with Wi-Fi TV, artfully placed built-in cabinets, along with a small & workable desk space for our guests to utilize. *1 Hour Booking Monday - Thursday * Renters will be charged half hour rate once they go over 1 hour rental time slot. *2 Hour Booking Minimum Friday - Sunday* Booking Requests must be put in 48 hours before rental date. Please note that the home is located in a residential neighborhood, so it is very important to us that the neighbors and neighborhood is respected at all times.
